I understand AOL closed at 160. I watched 4 separate quote boards on Thursday and all the 160 prices where from Chicago and the 155, 154, 155 1/8 where from NASD.
All the buys from Chicago that I saw where for 100-10,000 shares most being in the 500 range.
According to CNBC the biggest trade they saw was 190,000 shares crossing at once, with a few other of 50k and 25k shares.
I asked MR Bogle yesterday when he was in the CNBC after show chat room if Vanguard had bought into AOL, he did not comment. When I asked him what he thought of AOL's addition to the S&P 500 he said" I think it's long overdue"

I believe we will see a small pop on Monday and then who knows???
