Auric, I learning here not being a shi*head, but I went to NASDR and looked around and I can't exactly find the U-4s and when I do find where they should be I look up First London and Joseph Stevens. It seems U-4s are filed for Brokers not mgmt. What am I missing. I also searched free edgar around 1:00 a.m. this morning and did not find any S-1s . Again, what am I missing? Thanks
