Laura, Just purchased the same system for myself, giving my daughter my 266. Love it...with a cable modem it's a real monster. Dell's service was excellent as usual. Delivery was quicker than promised and set up was a breeze. Ordered a STB TV Tuner with the system. Had to install myself and needed tech support...they were very helpful and patient. Nice folks those DELL employees. Never sell DELL, Grant

Laura, I appreciate the advice, but I have learned my expensive lesson. I WILL NEVER SELL DELL (unless the story changes). Besides, this Dell P133 works great, it just loads web paeges slowly. :o) Drew
