If, at any time after closing, Seller is unable to provide audited financial statements, the Registrant shall be entitled to terminate and unwind the transaction by way of rescission. The Registrant shall also be entitled to terminate and unwind this transaction by way of rescission should the audited financial statements of Seller vary materially from any unaudited financial
information previously provided by Seller.

This has happened, and I believe that you are fully aware. The whole deal should have been or is currently in process of being re-written according to this escape clause. You knew about it but have once again selectively posted and ignored material information to the contrary.

Your deceit is all too obvious.

Mr Digger,
Whats new in this one? this tells me you havent done your DD; you keep bringing back the old stuff that was discussed on this thread, gosh I dont know how long ago.

Mr Piercy is the one if you know had started CCI. And when TSIG acquired CCI he I believe had taken his company from 100K in sales to up to 11 million if my memory serves right with about 300 or 400 distributors too selling cards and cd in various parts of United sTates. Now is that a surprise for Mr. Gordon or TSIG to compensate him?

You know DD, an empth vessel makes a lot of noise.

Regards

If you bring the same issues related to # of shares, convertible debentures, lawsuits, and so on, I will be the first one to report to SI and I know a few others are already on the same page. You gotta have enough of self respect to respect people on the thread. Obviously you only keep bringing things up but you dont wanna answer them or you do selective answering. The only way you could get any attention is for you to pick up the phone Monday and call mr Gordon, find out answers for all your questions and hopefully tell us your opinion.
YOu see if you really understood the potenial of TSIG you wouldnt give a damn even if there were say 75MM shares outstanding coz this compnay has not been noticed by most people let alone the institutional investors. And you know what you are taking most people's time here by asking the same thing. And that must deserve you something right? May be you will read suzanne's last post and then go back to poistontasters site on geocities and you might get it in your gut. But it appears are you not interested in investing for the long term anyway and you will be dreaming if you think that you will get these shares at 18 cents like we did. Coz those days appear to be over.
Regards
K
