There are well over a 100 MM's and MP's in IFLY. The company is completely liquid and the float is in the hands of the public. At the volume IFLY is trading and will trade next week, shorting IFLY would be like driving blind. Looking at a DTC sheet, you would quickly see that the largest firms that own IFLY are those with an Internet Trading presence. SO IFLY will be trading like other Internet stocks; it will be the individual investors who first drive it and then the Institutional momentum players will be next. Everyone is going to want to tell their constituents that they made a profit on this Internet play, so they will jump in. The other factors will include press coverage as news organizations discuss this stock and try to explain this "new" type of offering. Remember, IFLY's Internet product is unique and there is a lot of story behind it. The company also is showing a profit which is a plus as more and more investors look to Internet stocks that are profitable. What about future dilution? 144 stock and possibly the Warrants? Well, if IFLY continues to trade the volumes that it is trading, they will be a non-event. If anything, it will contribute to the stability allowing the stock to trade without the major swings, which should invite further institutional interest. If you want to short IFLY, go ahead, if you can find tyhe stock to short against. But, do it at great risk to yourself.
