Swordsman: Regarding SI you are right. However, Ditchdigger's repetitive comments in conjunction with his admitted day trading can be construed as an attempt at stock manipulation which is a SEC violation. Plus, DitchDigger has also taken necessary qualifying language from the 10Q and interpreted it as fact as to the company's viability without even attempting to make himself conversant with any of the particulars regarding any of the issues he has repeatedly been trying to cast a negative spin upon. If there were any attempt at balance to any of his arguments, he'd get the company's perspective by talking to officials at the company. He'd also wait to review the 8-K which would state the terms of the pp. Purportedly this 8-k has been filed (I have been looking at the Edgar database daily searching for it). Also from what I've heard, Gordon turned downed prior financing deals, before accepting this particular pp with more favorable terms. (Anyone who can substantiated this claim, please do so). Consequently, Ditchdigger's comments shouldn't be reported to SI, they should be reported to John Stark at the SEC at enforcement@sec.gov I am in process of compiling his comments on TSIG, and on other thread referring to his trading of TSIG. Anyone else can feel free to join me on these endeavors. I will not reply directly to any part of Ditchdigger's replies to me or any one else.
