That's it? That's your D&D? C'mon dude, you have not even read the S1 and you're posting as an "analyst". Where the eff do you begin to justify the $40 to $50 per share of whence you speak. Without any analytical information, you pull that number out of your arse. Dude, this does not portend well for the end of your day job.: 800 Travel Systems (IFLY) Update By The Three Amigos Email: sheiber@esslink.comsmallcapforum.com December 31, 1998 Small Cap Forum Newsletter Want to receive weekly independently research small and micro-cap stock research report in your mailbox? The volume has picked up as the stock has flown by our price target. IFLY has increased in price over 100% since our initial report and we now feel that the ceiling is higher as the market seems willing to give IFLY a valuation more commensurate with other Internet stocks. There isn't any reason to think IFLY can't do what some other Internet associated stocks have done especially since the float is small, the company is profitable, the new website will be the first of its kind and will maintain its margins while likely quadrupling sales. We also look for the warrants to be called in giving the company another $16 million in cash which should go towards expansion of the call center base and some advertising for the web site. IFLY has recently registered vuela.com .... vuela in Spanish means, "flight". We know IFLY intends a site with an international flavor. While we have not been able to verify it, the registration of the new web site seems like it could be the beginning of such a site. IFLY could possibly launch this site for Spanish speaking individuals, opening another huge revenue stream. Although there is a question as to the company being able to handle the potentially explosive volume, we are very comfortable with the leadership and direction that management has displayed. A possibility of too much business is a problem that everyone should be so lucky to have. Trying to put a fair valuation on an Internet associated stock is not necessarily an easy task. There are many unprofitable Internet companies with higher valuations than IFLY. It is quite possible that IFLY could go as high as $40 possibly even $50. We prefer to take a more conservative price target, if there is such a thing with Internet stocks. We are looking for IFLY to go to $28 in the next couple of months.
