I hope the above statement is the primary reason that wcti went bb. In any event, your link was a great post and learning experience for me.
However, reverse mergers are not free as you know. The shares are reported as follows:

outstanding----11.8 (7.3 restricted)
float-----------4.

That leaves 500,000 shares unaccounted for. I assume (company never disclosed so I don't know for sure) 500,000 shares were paid for reverse merger . I will also assume that a large percentage of the 500,000 is and will be sold into rallies.
