Couple interesting things to watch for regarding MKTW ipo...

1). Will IPO price be raised? Last offering price I saw was in $10 to $12 range.

2). Will numbers of shares offered remain around approx. 2,750,000 ?

For such a highly anticipated IPO, with such a small float, there will be incredible supply and demand pressure on MKTW.

With such pressure from small float, what will MKTW trade for on the first day? How many times will MKTW float trade?

SInce shares for IPO are so tight, seems like even institutions have to go through back door with DBCC.

If MKTW goes up significantly, may DBCC, unlike MALL, go up in tandem because of institutional buying? If MKTW skyrockets, will it not be wiser to hold onto DBCC shares?

Not sure if analogies to other issues necessarily apply here.
