I saw the same show, Michelle...some good material. I have a bit of trouble watching Jerry Falwell because he's such a self-congratulatory toad, but I liked that he came right out and agreed that if any of the Republicans currently slamming Clinton for lying under oath had lied under oath themselves in the past, they should be exposed.

I also felt that Flynt was doing the right thing in his decision not to publish details of Livingston's transgressions. A pity Starr didn't have the same decency.

Michelle, not that the facts matter to you but Burton admitted his transgressions and did not lie about them under oath. Moreover, if Larry Flynt, the new leader of your party, has any information about perjury committed by Republicans he should bring it forward and they should be prosecuted. The flimsy evidence you are talking about includes an admission by the President that he at the least mislead and misdirected, fancy words for lying his ass off. Don't forget about the blue dress. In any event any information about Republican misdeeds still does not excuse Bubba's reprehensible behavior, perjury and obstruction for which he was impeached. JLA

Lastly, Larry Flynt has details about a member of the Judiciary committee (not Hyde who we already know about) that apparently perjured himself during his divorce proceedings. This in addition to his apparently amoral lifestyle.

Unfortunately, the above statement might not help us narrow down the list any further because it is quite likely that every one of the Republican "family values" moralizers on the Judiciary Committee has divorced 3 or 4 times... :-)

Flynt says he has some others that have perjured themselves, as well as some that proclaim to be pro-life but encouraged their spouses to get abortions (thats a good one) and other details about affairs etc.

That's a good catch too. In politics, timing is everything, and I am sure Flynt will release all the details at the appropriate time, in a manner so as to inflict maximum damage on the hypocritical and sanctimonious and self-righteous Republicans...
