Pruguy,

Sorry you lost money on Ohio St. I am an SEC fan myself. You have to admit Ohio St. and all the teams from the Big Ten look good so far.

I buy stocks and hold until I feel I should sell, therefore I am not a long term holder on everything. I have held Dell now about three years, my longest hold. There are a lot of stocks I trade as much for entertainment and it sort of feeds my old habit of betting on football games. I use to really do a lot of that but have found it not as stimulating as it use to be. I like to take some of these inter-nut stocks and play them for about 48 hrs. As to the profitability of my holdings this year. Below is a list of my major gains.

DELL - $1,200,000
AOL - $ 480,000
Seek - $ 230,000
Misc. ONSL, AMZN, DIS, CPQ, etc $100,000

I like for people to say what they have on the line so people will know if you are right or wrong. As for manipulation, no where will you find in any of my post where I have said it is bad, I just say it is manipulated.I think it is good for me because I use it to make money.

Hope you get to feeling better. Should be a hell of a year

BTW - No one ever asked if I was profitable.

From the porch,

Voltaire
