Can someone please tell me why I should or should not buy 100 shares of "DGIT" next week. Below is my assumptions on the research that I have done so far. But I need to know is there a Trojan horse here? Am I not seeing something that is plain in front of me? Here is where I posted my first findings on this company Message 7069817 My personal Positive points. !. There seems to be a lot of insider buying lately. 2. The company just hired a new CEO. The stock went up on his being announced. 3.Revenues rose for the last 9 months 54% 4.Only 2.2 million in the float. 5. Insider's own 90.1 % 6. Institutions own 32% My personal negative points !.I can find no analyst that give a recommendation on this stock. I did find that Zack's had 1 recommendation of a moderate buy. 2.Their was 137,000 shares filed on a 144 within the last 2 weeks. But this not seem like a large amount. 3.It has a book Value of only 2.51 per share 4. I still need to do more DD. I am going to try and find out about the new Ceo of the company. dawg
