Suretrade in my estimation is the worst choice of all. The ONLY thing positive about them is price. I attempted to trade with Un-Suretrade for awhile and it was a very expensive disaster. I have since transferred that account to NDB which is much better. NDB charges a fixed amount ($14) for any number of BB shares... Also NDB provides good customer response/service via email or toll free phone. Suretrade does neither of these. In addition, Suretrades' software is buggy and makes many costly mistakes such as multiple identical trades... I also have accounts with ETRADE and DLJDirect both of which provide good service.
