COME ON Jhild, you are always complaining how OTC companies should not have to file with the SEC.

I know for a fact that you always say it is a waste of money and that investors should just phone the company directly and save the money.

You even went so far as to say that the SEC is unreliable (probably shorters) and that the word of the CEO is much more reliable. After all, what does the SEC have to lose by telling lies. The CEO, well if he lies, well, he loses it all , right?

So , yes...I agree, filing no good....
