Can't put domicile issue to bed when I want other biotechs to wake up, get out of bed and address this issue. Yes, it's a done deal for one biotech but I think it could be a real plus for others which are about to generate earnings. CORR and LGND are just two that I think should at least seriously consider a change in domicile.

BTW agree on Rubin.

Keeping something out of bed, I offer this statement from a biotech's annual report. Not LGND nor XOMA but it could be anyones. This company is on the verge of profitability.

"The Company will need to raise substantial additional funds in the future, and there can be no assurance that such funds will be available on favorable terms, if at all, if such funds are unavailable, the Company may need to delay or curtail its research and development activities to a significant extent."

From 1997 CORR annual report. Boilerplate, sure but true nonetheless of many biotechs. This is a very good reason for making every dollar earned outside the U.S. go farther. A change in domicile can help.

kinda reminds me of the newsletter i get from Fidelity, who said GLM (an Oil driller) was a '5-star BUY'.... in May, June, July, August...... when it was around 25.00/share. Today it's 9.00....
