>>>is it my imagination or is this thread falling apart at the seams....or did i already ask that <<<

I don't think it is falling apart, like some want it to. It's just that one person lost a lot of money on a Tokyo mex Comment on a stock SKYM. If anyone remembers I was one of the first ones to recommend this stock at around 5 1/2. It was then that Tokyo Mex ripped into it as a scam. I really doubt Mex looked into it much but he wasn't into it so he ripped it apart like he does all of the stocks he doesn't own. He ripped apart other picks from me like IATV at 2 which is now at 4 and NM at 6 which is now almost 11. He does this to any stocks (not just mine) that he doesn't own. That's what he does. Shorting any stocks that he rips is purely gambling because he doesn't investigate these stocks.
I don't get Tmex's service so I don't know if he specifically recommended shorting Skym or not but even if he did isn't he allowed to be wrong like all investors are at one point or another. I hate to see anyone lose money, especially a large sum, but it doesn't mean you can sue someone to get your money back.

I hope the name calling and threats and bad atitudes can stop here and we can get back to looking at stocks and recommending the ones we think will do well and why.
