OFF TOPIC... again.

jbe,

No, I didn't have to deal with the ps-ph dependency thing, thank goodness. I don't know very much about them. However, there's a wealth of resources on the web which may be of help.

The exercise thing you mentioned works for me, too. After running up and down a long flight of stairs about 6 to 8 times, I'm breathing deeply and experiencing a kind of "high" that must be related to the dopamine effect you alluded to. I can almost accomplish the same effect by breathing DEEPLY about 5 to 6 times but, the exercise with the stairs is better health-wise, for me, anyway.

In any case, good luck with your latest, and I'm sure your LAST, attempt to quit. I have a feeling this one's the winner, jbe !!

Remember, YOU are in control! YOU are the master/mistress of your body! Your wish is it's command!

Regards,
jim
