MY PICK FOR 1999 IS: WGHI. READ PLESE WHY.
The stock is selling at $2.00. Way undervalue.
It trades at two times this years earnings.
Shares outstanding of total 5,000,000 and the float of only 1,500,000.
This stock can pick up $$$ with little value, because not enough
shares on the float.
The company has predicted a $1.00 or more per share in 1999.
To me this is a pure jewel at these prices, and as good as it gets for
a small cap Nasdaq company like WGHI.
Do some DD also. This company I know for four years.
It has a great management.
To me it should be trading at $6.00 or $8.00 minimum.
This Jewel should not go unnotice.
If an Institution comes in and buy a big position, imaging what will
happen in the stock of this fast growing company.
Try to do some dd and you see this little angel.

- Thanks for your excellent analysis of MTSLF

- You hit the #1 & #2 soft points on MTSLF, and I'd like to respond:

#1 - Drop from Nasdaq national to Small Cap - occurred because of share price. I can't fault the Company for not hiring a stock promoter or doing a reverse split - both of which they said they wouldn't do.

#2 - Y-T-D '98 loss - it's all due to increased R&D - for y-t-d '98, R&D rose from US$1.4 to $1.9 million. That's a $500k rise. The y-t-d loss is $486,000. So, once again, as long as the R&D pays off, and it should, then I don't fault MTSLF for spending the money on R&D.

- Also, I was told that Mer's percent of R&D spending is incredible. And a very healthy sign. A lesser firm would either not spend so much on R&D; or would capitalize most of it.

- But yes, you're correct, these are probably Mer's 2 biggest and most often cited questions. And I think they're both explainable.

- here's the Ericsson announcement. I think this was Ericsson, as the dateline is from Stockholm, Sweden, and MTSLF only gets a brief mention at the end:

biz.yahoo.com

Monday November 2, 1:14 pm Eastern Time
Company Press Release
Ericsson CG 1000 -- Small Office Working for the 21st Century
STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 1998--Ericsson has taken its first step into the fast developing area of wireless systems for the small business environment by announcing the launch of the Ericsson CG 1000.

The Ericsson CG 1000 is a complete business package tailored for the growing Small Office market. The package includes a personal wireless base station with software, plus a DECT GAP compliant cordless handset.

A convergence of the PC and the telephone controlled by the voice, the CG 1000 is the first product in a new category, Wireless Communications Management. It provides Small Office users with an efficient way of managing their businesses with the added benefit of reduced costs.

Acting as an advanced Call Management System it will project a professional technological image for Small Office customers. It allows users to get access to all data stored on the PC, just by using a cordless or mobile phone and their voice. Its sleek compact wireless connection also provides a cost effective and reliable means of exchanging information amongst Small Office users.

The CG1000 delivers a robust feature set that is unavailable anywhere else in a cost efficient single system. Key features of the CG1000 are:

Advanced Telephony Features -- recognizing that the phone is one of the most critical tools for the small business, the CG1000 delivers advanced telephony features such as customised call answering, individualized voice mail boxes, conference call capabilities, recording memos and call transferring.
Remote Notification -- CG1000 will notify users anywhere in the world when new voice mail, e-mail or faxes are received. Using advanced Automatic Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech engines by Lernout and Hauspie, the CG1000 will, in addition to playing voice mails, read e-mails to the user in the originating language.
Voice Activated or DTMF Personal Assistant -- Calls placed to the small business can be 'answered' by the CG1000, prompting the caller to simply speak the name of the person they wish to speak to. The CG1000 also utilizes contact information in any MAPI compliant database, such as Microsoft Outlook, to initiate outgoing calls.
Least Cost Routing (LCR) -- included with the CG1000 is TalkRight(tm), an innovative total cost of telephony solution, made by MER Telemanagement Solutions Ltd.-- MTS (Nasdaq:MTSLF - news). Updated off-line by an Internet based network of servers, a real-time LCR engine resident on the CG1000 PC automatically selects the best and least expensive service provider available for a particular call. TalkRight also generates call analysis reports, thus providing full control over communications costs.
As the personal computer and telecommunications industries converge, PCs play a significant role in Small Office working. Ericsson's CG 1000 gives its users remote access to their PC 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, just by the power of the voice and therefore ensures that all new business opportunities are maximised.

Ericsson is the leading provider in the new telecoms world, with communications solutions that combine telecom and datacom technologies with the freedom of mobility for the user. With more than 100,000 employees in 140 countries, Ericsson simplifies communications for its customers -- network operators, service providers, enterprises and consumers -- the world over.

- Here's the other announcments - have to give you MTSLF's web page - b/c they scrolled off of yahoo for some reason - too old??? But they're all from last few months, so I don't know.

cmer.com

- if you can go to the web site - and read beyond the headlines, it will give further credence to mngmt's claims that the high level of R&D expenditures is more than justified.

Interesting article here I found on Internet IPO's. It was interesting reading this and thinking how well RDIM's plan to integrate profitable private wholesale buying clubs with e commerce will work especially when added to an internet navigation site that had 16 million hits in November:

cbs.marketwatch.com.

RDI Marketing should hit the ground running with a targeted market and a well designed business plan to take advantage of the power of e commerce and the internet.

I listened to the RDI Marketing conference call again today. It struck me again how easy it would be for this stock to catch fire because of these combinations. RDIM will be starting with profits derived from selling to that well targeted market. After all people join private wholesale buying clubs for one reason.

TO SPEND MONEY
.

Add a top notch e commerce site set up with a well defined audience plus an internet navigation site taking 16 million hits a month. The number of potential strategic partners is staggering. Advertising dollars should roll in too.

SW we haven't found support yet but good news will help a whole lot.

Regards, Jeff
