Has Zeev done an assessment of road conditions for his New York trip before his departure. Maybe Larry could check with the weather service and Road Department before Zeev leaves. And analysis of the probability of arrival should be conducted given the amount of potholes and detours along the way. Then there is no guarantee of arrival at all with the upcoming storm. The weight and condition of the car should be analyzed. Are there snow tires and if Zeev does have snowtires how will that impede his speed and actual reliability of reaching his destination. And what happens if he falls into a pothole are there plans to extract him. Could the pothole be floorless??? I don't know looks pretty risky, I think I'd stay home!!!
