Darpa,

Thanks for explaining where the $.10 eps will be coming from. The math comes out when you add in 1.6M from licensing with little or no cost associated with this income. As you noted we already have 2 per month at $100,000 & by adding 2 additional per month between Jan. & April we have 1.6M in the 4 months. Beautiful.

Management has stated they project adding 2 licenses per month for the next 20 months. No growth here. I doubt we will see much growth in the adult entertainment. My guess is the huge growth will come from internet betting.

Are there any projections on where E.P.S. will be in the year ending 4/30/2000?

One more comment. I assume the $1,895,000 net earnings in the 3rd & 4th qtr. is after taxes.

Joel K.

Here ya go...Starnet's referral program...

worldgaming.net

Incidentally this is a software based (Oracle), traffic-tracking referral system which Starnet includes on all of its licensees' sites too. It's like a "turn-key marketing program," but ultimately the licensees are responsible for operating it and all their other promotional stuff.
