I'll say 25 at contract announcement, and 82 by year end.

HC - I'd like to make a suggestion about your "1999 Prediction"

I'd like to see you compute an average of all the predictions and post that along with the individual values.

There's a oft-quoted study that was done one time that evaluated problem solving techniques. One of the methods involved averaging a collection of answers. To be specific, they asked a group of people to estimate the distance from San Francisco to New York. Some of the answers varied pretty widely but the final result was within a couple percent of the correct answer.

It would be fun to see if this same method works for Valences price in 1999. I vote for a high of $73.

My prediction is 68.33.
This is a most scientific prediction.
It is 3 * Pi * year end closing price.
3 because Li is Atomic number 3
Pi because all good formulas of this type involve Pi
