Who care's
or
How to be an effective Netizen

Netizen is a bad word, implying as it does, some kind of belief in "Nietschze", when it is obvious that most philosophers of yore had XT's at best and low bandwidth connections. It is highly doubtful that Copernicus had access to nasa.gov.

As the net evolves (is created works too) new words will appear with regularity. There will be many new words.

We live in that magic age when horse drawn carriages are being passed by automobiles. Our "gas stations" "windshield wipers" and "freeway rest stops" have yet to appear. You are probably right, we should invent new words here.

I would suggest that we exhume an unused old word, I have one in mind. It will only work temporarily though, then we will have to think of another one.

I suggest "typesetter"
