Stevie, Cat was posting to your buddie Auric. I know it's your shift, but... He was implying that Auric may not have been reading the S-1 since he can't remember where he found it.

Do you know where we can find the S-1 and why we need to be concerned with it? In the meantime, let me know if you need anything else explained.

Steve,I said in an earlier post that I did not believe that Amigos got any compensation for stock promotions,and that they were just naive-----their failure to vigorously deny this possibility is making me suspect I am the one that is most likely naive-Max90
