Ton's of black ice here in DC as well. I was stupid enough to venture out briefly and on my way home (one block, in fact), I was waiting at a red light and was hit from behind. Fortunately, the damage was minimal, consisting of the other car's driver's side mirror smashing my right rear tailight cover of our 4x4, but very frustrating.
