Dr. Cohen I don't think FMK was patronizing in his response to you. Many dynamics and technological changes have taken place in the last few years. Cal Reed in the March 1997 conference call said production was just weeks away. Improvements in the batteries and manufacturing process caused delays. Valence wants to go to market with the "best" product technologically available. Anyone can bring up the old archives and say see, see I told you so. There is still plenty of time for FMKs forecast to play out. I think the fear and uncertainty that the naysayers profess has made some of us impatient. Afterall that is their true intent!

Robert, I just posted my explanation of some contributing factors to last year's delays. Have you got anything to add, since you stated you have been involved with the stock for 5 years? Its only 2 years for me.

If you can remember a few details over the 3 years before my involvement please post them, as a service to the thread. I wouldn't want you to come up short on credit when the stock moves to the 20's and some of us will to be thanked for keeping some scared kids from dropping their candy.
