When the trader decides who he is and what he wants then he can choose method to achieve them through knowledge and experience. His system is tailored to him. Is the trader decisions based on reality? Who knows? But think how he would be afloat depending on brokers, net topics, media and etc. to give him entry/exit. Better to have a systematic plan of action that he has seen himself to work in the past. One that will remove much of the emotions and lead him to his goal. You can test your methods to see if they did the job you wanted in the past, they should continue to do so in the future.
