Peacelover,

Others can clarify if I'm off but this is what I remember. I am going to shoot from what RG told me.

CCI of Calif (Daryl Piercy) has the distributorship network. When TSIG closes and owns CCI of Cal they get the distributorships and Cards. All distributorships will be advised to conform to TSIG/CCI rules and pricings. At that point TSIG will work to expand the distributorship network to cover the US. The distributorships are important in the local coverage aspects of CCI.

At this point Piercy receives no compensation from TSIG. He still owns and gets paid from CCI of Ca. Upon closing there was no indication of revenue to Piercy from TSIG. He receives shares restricted for 2 yrs from the dare of the close. It was 6 mil shares as we all knew.

It would be quite a deal to get all the active MusicCards in various stages of use, reloads, and CD purchases. Also the dealership network production and expansion of continuing and future MusicCard sales.

This is on my list to update.
