Milesov,

The exponential, simple and weighted options for use with stochastics are directed toward the %D component only. %D is a smoothed moving avg. of %K.

After much thought on the apparent discrepancy between Parity's %K and others, I'm inclined to conclude that Parity has some extra little doohickey that just might make it better (Yikes...I might end up taking some heat for that one...>>GG<<). Parity rocks!

%K formula in Pring: %K = 100[(C - Lxclose)/(Hx - Lx)]
where C is the most recent close
Lxclose is the lowest close during period x
Hx is the highest high during period x
Lx is the lowest low during period x.

Another formula I have (from D. Jobman) uses Lx in place of Lxclose. That may be where the difference arises.
