Some of the highlights are as follows:

-100 million in revenues by 4/99

-10% share buyback in effect.

-cash + cash/flow FLYR will have $20 million available in early '99. Looking to increase line of credit.

-$25 million in acquisitions per quarter.

-FLYR wants to use the internet to lower costs and work with customers more efficiently.

- Internet represents <1% of business right now will be over 7% in a few years.

It looks like there is someone out there with a lot of shares to unload. It seems like this stock has a negative money flow and when it starts creeping up to a positive flow it is sunk back down. I don't think there is dumping but someone is trickling out stock and the volume is slowing. Even though this is fundamentally a good stock, I wonder if there are those that will be impatient.
