I think someone was marking up their position.

I own SSTI and I assume they will not report a bad quarter as they did not preannounce. However, stocks like this are easy to manipulate and a lot of funds will do so at the end of the year to make their performance look better. I think that is what happened with SSTI.

Don't give it much credence.
