PA,

I've heard from a source at the IRS there is and alternative method ( a noble loophole really) when it comes to paying capital gains on equities.

1. On your return write in, "I did not have any improper capital gains with that (DCI) company."

2. If you get audited to any great degree, then say "I did indeed have improper capital gains with that company but I can't recall how
many times nor did I lie although I did mislead"

3. If you end up in tax court just keep pleading you did not commit perjury even though you signed your return "sort of" under oath and reminding everyone that even though you said you didn't you really did though you didn't nor did you didn't did it. This is a proven convolution, presidential in precedent and therefore your inalienable right to proudly show you are...a good American.

Expect a refund and your approval rating to rise with all your friends.

Onward,

George
