NM,

Welcome aboard.....

Join me on the Religion on SI thread, if you desire. I have been discovering Islam with another Islamic believer, and he has given up on this issue. Without explanation the Qu'ran could not be seriously considered God's word. Maybe you can to continue the discussion with me that Ray [the other Islamic believer] dropped.

It has to do with an error in the Qu'ran, God's perfect book, according to your faith. Come on over and let's study.

Message 6780779

Also, I would like you to review many other questions I have about your faith in regard to Qu'ran, Hadith, and Muhammad's teachings which you can review from previous discussions on that thread.

Welcome aboard and look forward to your response about the post I posted in this reply......

God Bless,
Steve

Some Qu'ran verses that I reference.....

Maryam 19:19
"He said: I am only a messenger of thy Lord, that I may bestow on thee a faultless son. [Jesus, a faultless, Islamic Prophet before Muhammad]"

Al-Hajj 22:52
"Never did We send a Messenger or a Prophet before you, but; when he did recite the revelation or narrated or spoke, Shaitân (Satan) threw (some falsehood) in it. But Allâh abolishes that which Shaitân (Satan) throws in. Then Allâh establishes His Revelations. And Allâh is All-Knower, All-Wise:"

Well we agree on one thing and that is the "Christos" from the gnostic greek but sorry to say Islam springs from a myth also and not historical people.
