Unfortunately, I believe the auditors who wrote the letter of ongoing concern to which you refer will require the company show at least 2 Qs of profitability to remove it. Auditors are extremely conservative. I am assuming that this statement came from auditors, but perhaps I am wrong. If it came from the company, they might remove it sooner. But in order to get on the Nasdaq, I believe they will be required to be audited.
