sorry i didnt respond to previous. on the BEL marketing thing, i think we are on the mark about how they are going to market and distribute.

on the convert...(and the DR.'s timetable) it could be very tricky, especially if they let some no name from chicago handle it. this needs to go smoothly and they need to get the stock price up before they price it.
