- IFLYer - why don't you start writing in ALL CAPS; talk about taking tours of the Company; and promising that another announcement is forthcoming that will really show that IFLY can produce a real web site.

- Then, it'll be just like you're over on the Yahoo board.

- I was fooled about IFLY's prospects.

- Here's one instance where I believed a guy on yahoo called "idiotbasher" - posted on 9/26/98:

"Site's coming out, plenty of news releases, web alliances, stellar third quarter earnings, MAKING PROFITS, hiring new agents daily, call ins keep increasing despite all the competition, more analyst coverage, and CEO will be interviewed frequently, getting the word out. These are facts, not heresay, not misleading statements, not anything but the way it is, and the way it's going to be."

- now, in hindsight, did the release on Thursday live up to the above expectations? Do you really think Mr. Mastriani is going to be called on by CNBC?

- I started feeling uneasy about IFLY even when I owned it.

- Here's a post of mine from 10/28/98, where I openly question the wisdom of managmeent, and started taking flack from hilow1 & others:

- from 10/28/98:

" - Seems to me the other travel sites do millions of $$'s in sales
- for crying out loud, we're talking about looking at some travel times & booking a flight. This isn't rocket science.
- so why does ifly need interactive?
- in fact, why not go the easy route first; make your presence known, then upgrade to interactive?
- Sorry hilo & others
- I'm long. But the lengthy delay is going to sink this stock."
