Article not Xoma specific, but concept applies and debunks some of the crap RobtS leaves behind.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - California ordered Kaiser Foundation Health
Plan Thursday to cover all sexual dysfunction treatments, including
the drug Viagra. Kaiser had argued subsidizing impotence pills for
some men would unfairly raise insurance costs for all members. The
decision by the state Department of Corporations could affect every
health plan in California. It means Kaiser Permanente cannot specify
sexual function drugs and treatments as supplemental benefits
available at a higher premium. The HMO must continue paying at least
half the roughly $80 cost to provide a monthly dose of Viagra to men.
