Why don't you just cut and paste the relevant sections of the filing. I'm sure ALL of us would like to know if these are indeed floorless (in which case I'm out) or essentially an option.

Nicholas: Please follow the link to the form 8K posted by Springer in post 875. You will see that for their $15M, the convertible holders received 15,000 shares of a Preferred Stock Series B convertible with a face value of $1K each, AND warrants to purchase about 1.2M shares around $3.75. You are only discussing the warrants-- please read carefully the description of the Preferred stock conversion price. As I have said many times, I have no interest (short or long) in this stock. I am interested in P-MP technology, and was looking at it as a possible investment. Such an investment is now out of question. By the way, if you have a lot of money tied up in PCMS shares, your refusal to go through the 8K in detail is absolutely amazing. Good luck, Bernard Levy
