You must have a file conflict somewhere. It's could be anywhere. So you are going to have to do some re-tracing your steps that lead up to the problem. You can always disable or remove suspected programs that could be corrupt. Then try and reboot and see what happens.

It is possable that somehow your autoexec.bat was changed. You could edit that but it would be alot of trouble. If you have a saved one then you could put that back in. Or if you have nuts and bolts there is a tool which repairs them.

Another reason your computer will always open in safe mode is maybe because you have not been shutting it off correctly. Wait until it says it is now safe to shut off the computer.
