WAMC. . . Since you brought it up. . . First, it is a Vancouver company. In my intro I state that I avoid Canadian companies and refuse to trade Vancouver, Denver or Vegas based stocks. Why? I think I have made myself perfectly clear as to why. Second, Weather All Manufacturing USA has acquired Weather All Manufacturing Ltd. This is called the SHELL GAME. Already explained that, too. Third, there is no indication of the total authorized shares. . .they admitted to raising money by selling 3.5 million shares in their last press release. Fourth, The Company is currently negotiating a financing for $1,000,000 which will be allocated for the upgrade of present plant facilities and further expansion associated with the marketing of its products. It is conspicuous that they fail to mention HOW they are raising this million bucks. . . .is that because their intent is to SELL STOCK thru an intense campaign of press releases to unsuspecting newbie penny stock investors??? Fifth, have you tried Vancouver directory assistance to get their office phone number? Sixth, whenever a Vancouver penny stock receives hype and an organized PR campaign. . . I venture to say that the correct way to play is to SHORT. Many brokers here in America now allow shorting penny stocks, provided an adequate amount of cash is kept in a margin account. Seventh, in answer to your question . . .how do we know that the company is not just a couple of guys selling Equinox brand environmental products through multi-level marketing?? If they do not file reports with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission, I guess we have no real way of knowing, now do we? It would be interesting to see the percentage of correct moves from shorting after hype and PR. Oh, there will be plenty of buyers. . .there always are. . .that is why there are so many new stocks coming out of Vancouver. . . but when the buying dries up, a reliable strategy would be to go short HEAVILY and do not cover until after at least 1 reverse split, then a drop back down under a penny. If I am pursued on this matter, I will seriously consider starting a thread and writing articles [books?] on how and when to make maximum gains by shorting Vancouver, Denver, Vegas and other scam penny stocks. Any more takers? Rande Is
