Hello Al,

Thank you Al.

I'll post a Dow stock P&F graph now and then with trend lines.

Then, I would encourage other folk's to say what they see as well. Do you have an indicator or two that you find helps you with the P&F chart. Tie it in and make a call. No one will keep score. It's a forever learning experience.

If your perception of what is happening, or what might happen, is different from another -- good. No one, and I mean no one, has all the right answers on a P&F chart. Start with a "I see it from a different angle". In this way, no one is challenged. You're not saying they are right or wrong - just that you see it from a different perspective.

You know Al, and fellow P&Fer's, in an ideal situation, P&F threads should be like a neighborhood/community P&F discussion (should I say support) group. We've been P&F bug bitten and let's face it, it's damn difficult to discuss this subject with any degree of sophistication with the work staff at the water cooler, Harry or Betty Lue at the local bar, or even the neighbor. (Lord knows your spouse, companion, relatives, etc are sick of the subject.) They don't get it, and they usually just want you to "Tell me the next AOL."

Got a P&F idea you want to kick around -- this should be the place to do it with no fear of appearing foolish. If you start questions with "Fellow P&Fers" or "Thread" etc., and not at just one person, you might receive a great many ideas.

Don't look for someone to spoon feed. You'll never learn beans that way. I would suggest that those who want a P&F chart read -- to make a P&F chart read. Tell us what you see. Then others can say what they see. (I recognize that non P&Fers come by and ask Jan or Wiz about a chart and that's certainly their prerogative to answer.)

"Shut up Eric, you're boring me"

OK, OK.

Take care,

Eric
