Manay thanks for the nice words Pirate. I haven't been posting or reading too much about the debacle as I am trying to do a book. You might check out adtrading.com for another take published some time ago on the Euro. Today is the birthday of the Euro. Fitting to read this. Is Foreign Affairs on the web, or will I have to treck down to a nearby College to read it? Thanks so much for reference. You might try reading bits of Robert Kaplan about the same subject, though his books are more great articles.... that have suffered from a hysterical pregnancie and gotten the bloat. He should write less not more. Best to you in the new year
