>Clinton is not guilty of anything until he has had his day in court and LOST.<

Our legal system gives prosecutors the burden of proof- this is true even in cases where it is absolutely obvious the person is guilty. Guilt is separate from legal guilt. For example, I murder someone, you SEE me do it- I am clearly guilty of the murder but i am not legally guilty until I am convicted.

Thus it is with Clinton. He has admitted what he did, and we KNOW what he said to the court, and what he said to US via television. We are all capable of making up our own minds about his guilt. I say he is guilty of perjury, that is my opinion based on the facts (and many democrats have come to the same conclusion)- this process is separate from his legal guilt. Our legal system does not mandate that we all take leave of our senses and stay our personal judgments on matters that our common sense can evaluate- it only mandates that for legal punishment and IN a COURT of LAW the burden of proof be on the prosecutor, and that the defendant be presumed innocent- we the public do not need to presume him innocent.
