Hi Jeff, CGI still trades in Canada (as GIB.A) on both Montreal and Toronto so I'm not sure how to answer your question. The international dual listing situation is very similar to Nortel (NYSE and TSE) and Cognicase (Nasdaq and TSE).

Incidentally, CGI is actively looking to further increase its presence in the US by buying into a company with strength in the financial/insurance sectors. Given their incredible record for growing business, you might want to consider them if they come knocking at your company's door :-)
