TDW - Looks like a decent bargain here. Trading at book. Being held back because of the negative outlook on drillers. Just set a nice dividend, float of about 50 million.....but that P/E is beggin and it has been up too much. This would be considered a long term hold in my book but I do not see how one could go wrong with it.

EPS is projected down for next year a $1/shr. but that P/E already reflects the downward revisions.

Keep an eye on the oil services sector and be prepared to jump into this issue if things start to turn. If you have money looking for a long term position, this represents a decent one in my book....even without the div.

REVL - Looks great here. Had some troubles in the past but it has been beaten up beyound belief. Trading at almost 1/2 of book with an expected EPS of $1.54 for 1999. Relatively low float at 7M with about 500K of shorts.

The street has hated this stock for the better half of last year and that is when you want to pick these up. An intermediate hold but I think it is going to have some trading value as well. Last Qtrs. EPS surprised by nearly 100% and came in at .24 vs expected of .12.

On the watch.

CATH - About to break out. Nice float, good P/E, sector getting noticed again. Will watch for next months same store sales numbers before deciding what to do with this one but it is getting noticed.

>>VVID - Looks very attractive here and I may be playing this one soon. Maker of airport detection equipment and has very nice fundamentals at this price. <<<

I like all of the bomb security stocks right now. They have the potential to pop at any time. With the recent threat at the US embassy and the San fran PG&E worker who had bomb equipment in his locker I think these stocks might get noticed as IN PLAY and the traders might jump on board. I like getting them before the frenzy starts and the day traders pump them up.
I like the fundamentals on INVN and MAGSF a lot. They both recently got new contracts and they have good revs and earnings. Both trading very low now. Get in ealy and then ride the daytraders wave. I think we'll see them come into play sometime in the few weeks as more and more security measures are mentioned. If we get some real threat or an actually bombing these will take off through the roof.
I am not hoping for anything bad to happen but it is a real possibility in todays state of affairs with Iraq etc.
