What is the difference between a high pole and a high pole top again? Is TER a high pole or a high pole top?

Just thought I would ask?

dennis, I have followed Michael Murphy on a very cursory level. My sense is that it is more than a timing issue, he seems reluctant to change his stance as other factors come into play that may be counter to his line of reasoning.

No real suggestions on research info on tech prospects, analyst reports from major brokerage houses for the most part indicate what the herd is thinking after stocks have made a major move. Cracks me up, ALTR now gets an upgrade and price target of 70 ... these same analysts had their heads in the sand when ALTR was in the mid 20's and 30's a few months ago. Ditto for TER.
