114,456,000 shares outstanding If this is a more up-to-date number; then Yhoo may have 15 million newly issued shares due to employee options?? 58,430,000 shares publicly traded, float is 51% If this is a more up-to-date number; then Soft bank(30% ownership) and Insiders(30% ownership) have "unloaded" over 10 million shares in the past month?? I have a feeling that the 58M float(publicly traded shares) includes the 6.7M short shares. Thanks for the info. Would you "link" the Barron's article here please.
