New Type of Internal Combustion Engine May Revolutionize the Engine Industry
Bakersfield, CA -- 04/03/1998 -- On a recent edition of the "Emerging Company Report" television program, Advanced Engine Technologies Inc. (OTC/BB:AENG - news), a Colorado corporation, announced the successful demonstration of the OX2 Engine at the headquarters of Carroll Shelby Enterprises, in Gardena, Calif.

The OX2 Engine, having fewer than 30 total parts, with only three major moving parts, was hailed by those present as the first real breakthrough in internal-combustion engine design since the introduction of the Otto Four Cycle Engine 130 years ago.

The success of the demonstration led to the following engine experts and industry leaders joining AENG as shareholders and advisers to the board of directors, believing that the OX2 Engine will revolutionize the engine industry, becoming the engine for the 21st century:

Carroll Shelby, the world-famous designer of many high- performance automobiles, including the Shelby Cobra, and adviser to the automotive industry. Shelby has also provided the company with the facilities of Carroll Shelby Enterprises as a permanent base for the ongoing introduction of the OX2 Engine.
Holly Hedrich, a pioneer of drag racing and Bonneville Salt Flats Land Speed Record-breaking with more than 50 years' experience in the development of high-performance automotive engines.
-- Bobby Allison, famous Champion of Champions NASCAR driver. -- Bob Teague of Teague Custom Marine, a leader in offshore powerboat racing and developer of high-performance marine engines. -- Eddie Lawson, four-time 500cc motorcycle world champion, assisting with the introduction of the OX2 Engine to the motorcycle industry.

On March 12, 1998, AENG will begin a tour across the country to introduce the OX2 Engine to interested manufacturers, demonstrating the suitability of the OX2 Engine to a wide variety of applications and establishing the OX2 as the most versatile engine ever developed.

AENG is set to become a rising star in a commercial world that has long been awaiting an innovative answer to what is recognized as a worldwide problem -- the need for a new type of internal-combustion engine.
