Do you dispute this claim? Kris, I have long ago given up on disputing any sort of claim on SI. I just felt that there was some inconsistency in your recent posts. Best kidl

Kris, obviously Canada and the US (SEC) filing regs are probably different. But in the US, quarterly filings are due within 45 days of the Q end.Annual filings (10K) are due within 90 days of year end..Both, can be extended 15 days with the proper filing and excuse<g>...DD PS: anyone have an opinion on how the C dollar will react to the Euro? IMO, we will see the C dollar's value increase relative to the US dollar as a result of the advent of the Euro dollar..
