Mark, You keep adding to the 2 simple questions, information about God, and what you percieve to be your own shortcomings. But I'll try to summarize your answer's according to what you wrote, to get to the bottom of the questions. You personally [even though it might not be the optimal way in your opinion] must punish your children during their lifetime to discipline them. And you obviously love them, even though you punish them. I know you are saying you must handle it this way because of your own shortcomings. But you are saying you must punish them, and you do it while you still love them. Am I correct??? Steve
