Will it be "Gap Up" or "Gap Down" and will the MM's make it impossible to significantly benefit either way? The daily meshing of fear and greed. The December 31 press release states: "In addition to the Kruse agreement, we have several joint venture and acquisition candidates that are in various stages of negotiation." When we get another Kruse or New Orleans Auction Gallery announcement Monday or Tuesday or when we get it, not if we get it, the stock jumps higher as this float is tiny and additional validation is apparent. If the acquisition is a more powerful or visible company than the aforementioned, the effect will be even greater. If I'm the owner of the New Orleans Gallery, operating a successful regional business, I'm not going to throw my livelihood away frivolously and without thorough due diligence and legal scrutiny. It's the vision thing. "You're either on the bus, or you're off the bus."
